Cancellation Policy

All payments are nonrefundable. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you may loose your appointment time. You will have to pay for a new appointment. Please cancel & reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a loss of appointment and all monies paid for said appointments. If you purchase a package or promotion it can not be shared. If you purchase a package or promotion you must cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule less than 24 hours in advance it will count as 1 session used.
